What is Activity Directors Pay Activity Directors?
Activity Directors Pay Activity Directors is a peer-to-peer digital marketplace built specifically for activity professionals. Sellers upload ready-to-use activity materials, and buyers can download them instantly.

Are products physical or digital?
All products on this platform are digital downloads unless otherwise stated. No physical products are shipped.
How do I access my download?
After purchase, you will receive a download link via email and through your account dashboard if you created one. Downloads are available after payment is confirmed.
Buyer Questions
Do buyers pay sales tax?
Sales tax may be automatically applied at checkout based on the buyerโs location and applicable tax laws.
Not every order will include sales tax, but when required, it will appear during checkout before purchase is completed.
Are digital products refundable?
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final once a file has been accessed or downloaded.
If you experience a technical issue, such as a corrupted file, please contact us at support@activitydirectorspayactivitydirectors.com. We review concerns on a case-by-case basis.
Can I share purchased files with coworkers?
Purchased materials are licensed, not sold.
You may use them for personal or internal organizational use only. Files may not be shared publicly, resold, redistributed, or uploaded to other websites.
If multiple facilities need access, separate purchases are required unless otherwise stated by the seller.
Who do I contact if I have a question about a product?
We encourage buyers to contact the seller directly first. If the issue cannot be resolved, you may contact us for assistance.
Seller Questions
How much do sellers earn?
Sellers keep 80% of each sale.
The platform retains 20% as a marketplace service fee, which helps cover payment processing, platform operations, and support.
How does sales tax work for sellers?
Sales tax, when applicable, may be automatically added at checkout based on the buyerโs location.
Sales tax is not included in seller earnings and is not subject to commission.. Seller payouts are based on the product sale price only, not the total amount paid at checkout.Sales tax is never shared, split, or commissioned.
How do payouts work?
Payouts are processed manually via PayPal on a monthly basis.
To receive payment, you must:
- Have a valid PayPal account
- Enter an accurate PayPal email in your seller dashboard
When do earnings become eligible for payout?
Earnings become eligible after order completion and any applicable verification period to account for refunds, disputes, or chargebacks.
What happens if there is a chargeback or dispute?
If a chargeback, refund, or payment dispute occurs, the related earnings may be reversed or deducted from your available balance.
If funds have already been paid out, the amount may be deducted from future payouts.
What can I sell?
You may sell original digital activity materials that you have created or legally licensed.
You may not upload copyrighted content that you do not own.
Can I promote my own website inside my product?
Basic branding inside your materials is permitted. However, directing buyers off-platform to avoid marketplace fees is not allowed.
What happens if I violate marketplace policies?
We reserve the right to remove listings, suspend payouts, or terminate accounts for policy violations.
Technical & Account Questions
What if I entered the wrong PayPal email?
You are responsible for ensuring your PayPal email is accurate. The platform is not responsible for payments sent to an incorrect email provided by the seller.
Do I need to pay a subscription to sell?
No. There is a one-time $29 seller registration fee to open your shop. Sellers then retain 80% of each sale.
Can the commission structure change?
Yes. Commission structures and payout terms may be modified with reasonable notice.
