Activity Directors Pay Activity Directors respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects sellers and users of the Platform to do the same.
Seller Responsibility
Sellers are solely responsible for ensuring that all materials they upload:
- Are original works, or
- Are properly licensed, or
- Do not infringe on any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
The Platform does not actively monitor or pre-screen all uploaded content and is not responsible for verifying ownership of seller materials.
The Platform reserves the right to request proof of commercial licensing, ownership rights, usage permissions, or source documentation for uploaded materials at any time.
Removal of Content
Upon receiving a valid infringement notice, we may:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content
- Notify the seller
- Suspend or terminate accounts for repeat violations
We reserve the right to remove content at our discretion. The seller may be given an opportunity to respond to or dispute the claim where appropriate.
Repeat Infringers
Accounts that repeatedly violate intellectual property rights may be permanently terminated.
Additional Information Requests
We reserve the right to request additional information, documentation, proof of ownership, licensing verification, or other supporting materials before taking action on an intellectual property claim or dispute.
Failure to provide requested information may result in delays in review or resolution.
AI-Generated & AI-Assisted Content
Sellers using AI-generated or AI-assisted tools remain fully responsible for ensuring that their uploaded materials do not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, or other intellectual property rights of any third party.
Use of AI tools does not remove or limit seller responsibility for uploaded content.
Investigations & Payout Holds
The Platform reserves the right to investigate intellectual property complaints and may temporarily remove content, suspend listings, restrict accounts, or withhold payouts associated with disputed or allegedly infringing materials pending investigation or resolution.
The Platform retains sole discretion in determining appropriate actions related to intellectual property disputes.
False or Misleading Claims
Submitting knowingly false, misleading, abusive, or fraudulent infringement claims may result in account action, removal of reporting privileges, account suspension, termination, or potential legal liability.
The Platform reserves the right to reject claims that are incomplete, unsupported, abusive, or submitted in bad faith.
No Legal Advice
The Platform does not provide legal advice regarding copyright, trademarks, licensing, fair use, AI-generated content, intellectual property ownership, or commercial usage rights.
Sellers are solely responsible for ensuring they have all necessary rights, permissions, licenses, and authorizations for uploaded materials.
Reporting Intellectual Property Concerns
If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright, trademark, publicity rights, or other intellectual property rights, you may submit a written notice to:

To help us review and investigate the matter efficiently, your notice should include sufficient detail, including where applicable:
- Your name and contact information
- A description of the copyrighted or protected material
- The exact URL or location of the allegedly infringing content
- A description of the alleged infringement
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the rights owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement that the information provided is accurate and submitted under penalty of perjury where applicable
