Activity Directors Pay Activity Directors is a professional, peer-to-peer marketplace built to support activity professionals. Our goal is to create a trusted, high-quality community where members can confidently buy and sell meaningful resources.

All sellers are expected to uphold the following standards.

1. Professional Integrity

Sellers agree to:

  • Provide accurate and honest product descriptions
  • Represent their qualifications truthfully
  • Communicate respectfully with buyers and other sellers
  • Maintain professional conduct at all times

Misrepresentation of products or credentials is prohibited.

2. Original Content & Intellectual Property

Sellers must:

  • Upload only content they have created or legally licensed
  • Ensure materials do not infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights
  • Avoid uploading content copied from other marketplaces or creators

Plagiarism, unauthorized use of copyrighted materials, or resale of third-party content is strictly prohibited.

3. Quality Standards

Sellers are responsible for ensuring:

  • Files are functional and downloadable
  • Materials are complete as described
  • Content is appropriate for professional use

The Platform reserves the right to remove products that are misleading, incomplete, low quality, or inconsistent with marketplace standards.

4. Appropriate Content

The following content is not permitted:

  • Illegal or unlawful materials
  • Discriminatory, abusive, or offensive content
  • Content that violates privacy rights
  • Content unrelated to activity professional resources

We reserve the right to determine what content is appropriate for the Platform.

5. Communication & Conduct

Sellers must:

  • Respond professionally to customer inquiries
  • Avoid harassment or hostile interactions
  • Refrain from attempting to bypass the Platform to conduct direct sales

Attempting to redirect buyers outside the Platform to avoid marketplace fees may result in account termination.

6. Compliance With Platform Policies

Sellers agree to comply with:

  • Terms of Service
  • Refund Policy
  • Digital Product License
  • Commission & Payout policies

Violation of any Platform policy may result in product removal, payout suspension, or account termination.

7. Enforcement

Activity Directors Pay Activity Directors reserves the right to:

  • Remove listings
  • Suspend or terminate seller accounts
  • Withhold or adjust payouts
  • Take appropriate action to protect the integrity of the marketplace

Enforcement decisions are made at the sole discretion of the Platform.
