Hanukkah Picture Bingo— 25 unique printable bingo cards plus 25 call cards with clues and conversation starters. Instant download, print as many copies as you like.
This is a Hanukkah bingo game built for older adults, not a classroom worksheet. Twenty-five real photographs — the dreidel and the gelt, but also the shamash, the siddur, the oil wick, brisket, bimuelos, challah — each printed with its name underneath, so nobody has to guess what they're looking at.
**A note on the board:** this one is four rows of four, with **no free space**. Sixteen big squares means the pictures print larger than on a standard 5×5 card, which matters in a room with mixed eyesight — and it makes a shorter, brisker game, which matters in a room with mixed attention.
**What makes it different: the call cards talk back.**
Every one of the 25 call cards has a short riddle for the facilitator to read aloud, and underneath it, a question about the player's own life:
*SHAMASH — "I'm the helper. I don't count as one of the eight — my whole job is to light the others."*
**Talk about it:** Who was the helper in your family — the one who quietly made everything run?
That second line is the whole point. A quiet room turns into a room arguing about applesauce versus sour cream, or remembering whose brisket was best.
**WHAT YOU GET — one PDF, 31 pages, US Letter 8.5 x 11**
* 25 bingo cards, 4 x 4, no free space — every one a different arrangement, verified, no duplicates
* 25 facilitator call cards, 5 to a page, with cut lines — picture, riddle, and memory question
* 1 facilitator guide page: what you'll need, how to play, three game variations (Four Corners, Picture Frame, Blackout), and notes on running the game for a group with mixed hearing and vision
**PERFECT FOR**
Assisted living and memory care · senior centers and adult day programs · nursing home activity calendars · Jewish community centers and synagogue groups · hospice and volunteer visits · Hanukkah at home with grandchildren
