What happens at the end of the month?

Simply save a copy of the file for the new month and copy each resident's ending balance into the "Starting Cash" column. Step-by-step directions are built right into the Instructions tab.

Can I change the warning level?

Yes! Type any dollar amount into the designated yellow box at the top of the sheet, and the traffic-light colors will automatically adjust to your facility's preferences.

Is it editable?

Fully! You can add your facility name, change fonts, and adjust anything you like—just be sure not to delete columns, as the automatic formulas depend on them.
