Bring laughter, suspense, and friendly competition to your activity sessions with The Unfair Game: Summer August Edition, a fun, trivia-style game specifically designed for older adults in care settings.
This engaging group activity keeps residents on their toes as teams answer summer-themed questions while navigating surprise point values that can completely change the game at any moment. Perfect for promoting social interaction, conversation, teamwork, and cognitive engagement in a light-hearted, entertaining way.
Here’s how the game works:
Teams take turns choosing and answering questions.
If a team answers correctly, they must decide whether to keep the points or give the points to another team.
The catch? Teams must make that decision before seeing the point value.
Point values are randomly assigned and can be positive or negative, making every round unpredictable and exciting.
Question difficulty does not determine the point value, so anything can happen!
This game is designed to encourage participation from a wide range of residents while creating plenty of laughs, surprises, and memorable moments during group activities.
This digital resource is designed to be displayed using a projector or TV, making it a perfect low-prep option for busy activity directors looking for something interactive, engaging, and different from traditional trivia games.
