TRANQUILITY POSTCARD 1-Soothing Circles

This activity is a wellbeing activity for anyone although has designed to be adaptable and person centred. This makes it ideal in an assisted living setting.

The exercise is creative yet suitable for non creatives as it is meditative by nature and there is no expectation of an artistic outcome. 

Included is a worksheet with explanation of why the exercise is appropriate, resource requirements and leader notes on how to encourage engagement.
